When lying down last evening to rest this weary biological self, I and Creator Source, We, washed a beautiful soft wave of energy over myself; a feeling of pure Love and bliss, settling my fatigue down into the pillow, blankets wrapping around me giving me the same sense as a child being tucked in for the night.

To all of my Friends and Family, and to everyone that I shall meet this year, We Know this is your year, this is the year of Knowing; take each step of this blank slate, 2016, breathe in Knowing. We are the Creator Source.

The New Year

During a Kundalini meditation I found myself looking at the back of a beautiful white horse, in full harness. He was pulling a wagon, slow steady pace, sure footed walking with a rhythm that matched the bobbing of his head and mane. I was in the driver’s seat of this wagon holding the reins, encouraging this beautiful animal to pull my wagon down the quiet country road. The air was crisp with a gentle snowfall, lost in my thoughts I realized the horse no longer wanted to pull the wagon along, he wanted his freedom.

For years I have pulled the wagon, guided my now grown family, not always taking the easiest path. I was hesitant; I asked him if he was sure, the answer was an emphatic yes followed by a very kind and soft spoken please. I stepped down from the wagon, took the harness off of him, slowly, thoughtfully keeping it organized as if reviewing a lifetime in that instance. He turned to face me, I gently kissed him on the nose, he looked down that long road, turned back and nudged me with his head, one last thank you from his heart and then I watched as he danced his way down the road. I turned and walked towards the barn with the harness in hand, I laid it in perfect order across the stall railing, feeling the softness of the leather, realizing my personal transition has begun and my life will never be the same.

I thank you and honor you in your Divine perfection.

The Christmas Tree

The tree causes dilemma this time of year in the hearts of those that are awake, aware of a higher level of consciousness. Christmas has been hijacked by corporate but not the Christ consciousness which is what Christmas is truly about. Awareness was born all those years ago in the guise of a teacher. His teachings were sent askew but if you look deep enough within you therein lay all the answers you need. The heart is the key and this time of year brings us closer to our heart and knowing, thus I am blogging about a Christmas tree.
We pick out a Christmas tree every year at a local tree farm. Our walk through the fields of the tree farm were accompanied by two energy spirits but the orbs are energy with beautiful colors and they followed the children, the children were from the ages of 5 to 21. The light energy was all around them as they laughed, ran, wrestled and played amongst the Christmas trees. We found the perfect tree, cut it down, tied it to the top of the car and home we went with what we felt was the perfect Christmas tree out of allthe trees growing on the farm.13Dec2015WM
My daughter, Miranda, came by the following day to decorate, one of the traditions is gathering pine boughs to adorn a main archway in our home. The night before had rained but the morning was clear and she went out to our little pine forest to select the boughs. As she was standing under one of the larger trees the tree shuddered, literally shaking every drop of water on to her, she was soaked, not another tree was doing this, no wind in the air. She paused thinking to herself maybe I shouldn’t be cutting these boughs, no she thought to herself, my imagination; but just in case she moved on to a different pine tree. When she cut the boughs, she had an overwhelming sadness and sick feeling. She had already cut them, she thanked the tree, asked for forgiveness as at that moment she knew it was a tradition that would end that day. She came in and told me her experience and feelings; the Christmas tree from a seedling knows its purpose and welcomes us to bring it home but the trees of the forest serve their purpose as well. The boughs were put in a cast iron urn outside as Mother Nature intended.
The story isn’t over yet; the following morning as I sat looking at the great pines, the pine tree spirit paid me a visit. There he was a stern face with gentle loving eyes letting me know not to cut the forest trees, use what has fallen, the trees where the life has faded away. Then appearing in his bough was an eagle and below the eagle, a great owl. These animals are the forest spirit totems where I live. They stayed with me for a while there hearts open pouring love over the land, soon my day began as did theirs and they faded into the forest to continue their watch.
I walk over to our tree and she honors me with a waft of beautiful fragrance thanking our family for finding her, the perfect tree to bring home.

A December Morning to Rebalance

JackI found myself in a place of drabness the other day; I was cleaning, rearranging furniture, making room for Christmas. But I should not be making room for Christmas ; Christmas should be in my heart everyday, and it is, it just gets lost sometimes.

So, I made my morning cup of coffee, wrapped myself in a wool blanket and sat outside on the deck with my dog Jack. I haven’t taken a moment to relax like this for a couple of weeks and Jack looked grateful to take up the routine again. When I sat down in the chilly, December air I could feel the stillness of Mother Nature surround me. A light breeze from the hilltop; winter birds singing; Jack’s steady breathing, my little piece of a very big world bringing me back to center, thankful for this beautiful day.

Find That Joy And Happiness In Life Which Comes From A Life Of Giving As Well As Receiving

At the end of each day, stop for a few moments and see if you really have been grateful for all that has taken place and have voiced your gratitude, for all the little things as well as the big things. Without gratitude given and received, all the joy and sparkle goes out of life. So if you feel you have had rather a dull drab day and it has been all work, work, work, you may be sure you have failed to give thanks for the many things which have cropped up during the day. You have been too self-concerned to think of anyone else or to see My beauties and My hand in everything. In fact you have missed LIFE, not been aware of Me and of My Divine Presence. Rectify this as quickly as possible and find that joy and happiness in life which comes from a full and grateful heart and a life of giving as well as receiving. Wake up out of your slumbers and take nothing for granted ever again.

Fifteen minutes of BioEnergy with a Five Year Old

My grandsons are here visiting for a week helping me decorate for Christmas; Talon is 7 years old and Jayce is 5, it has been a long time since I had to keep up with this much energy. We went to a local Christmas tree farm over the weekend; searching until everyone agreed we found the perfect tree. Here is a picture of my grandsons with the youngest one appearing to play with the sun by moving his hand across a ball of energy.

I mention this because I was working with him this morning because of a lingering cough. His mom gave me permission to do a BioEnergy session with him, so we started our 4 day session this morning. During the session, he mentioned several times that he was bored; that’s fair as I was asking him to sit in one place for 15 minutes. Interestingly when I placed my hands over his chest I noticed he was staring at my hands, then he started shaking his head. He never looked at me, just my hands covering his chest while he shook his head. I asked him, “What are you doing, why are you shaking your head no? Don’t you want your cough to go away?” I couldn’t believe it when he said no and that he liked his cough and the sound it made. To make sure I understood, I received a convincing demonstration. We did end up finishing the session but I was left with the impression that he might try and keep his cough. Only three more sessions to go.

“We are always where we need to be.”

Our past life regression workshop at Amethyst Brook Wellness​ was a wonderfully rewarding experience. We started out in chairs for a brief introduction then moved to the mats for the actual past life regression. Everyone that attended was able to see a past live, see a guardian angel and traveled into the future. Because the class was small, everyone had a chance to share after each regression; there were a lot of laughs, some tears and some very personal moments.
“We are always where we need to be” could not be truer for the young lady that came to class late. She arrived for the last visualization, and then we moved to the mats. At first, she did not share during the past life regression but when the class met their Guardian Angel she spoke up. She saw her guardian angel, she described him as being in a beautiful flowing white robe, and He had a very important message for her; He told her everything was going to be alright. When the class was through as she was leaving she came over to me and said she was in the wrong class, and proceeded to explain that there was a meditation class going on downstairs that she was supposed to go to; in the same breath she said “but I knew this was where I was supposed to be, right here.” This beautiful young lady stayed, knowing she was not in the right class, and had the most amazing session where she received the information that she needed.
What a wonderful, heart lifting experience for me as a facilitator to meet such beautiful light beings. I love what I do.

A Visit from Tesla

More and more QHHT practitioners are finding a review of the past lives is not necessary for the client or the client simply does not have a past life; sometimes the information we find coming through is for the good of the whole.

Tesla’s message:

K:  I am in a library, we are meeting.  I see a big shape of a diamond in the carpet.  It’s part of an overall structure and there is a tool like a zig zag with an arc or an ‘arm’ shaped almost like a sickle on the end of it.  There is the diamond and on top of the diamond it is a tool. I am hearing “it stabilises”.  Now it is not a pool, but it stabilises the pool – the ingredients.  I can see 3 people there, Dolores is one of the 3 plus I am there and this tool and it is important for the pool to be stabilised.

M:  How does it work.?

K:  It helps to stabilize the earthquakes, or the breaking up, and it feels like there is just this BIG phew, everything moving …a BIG earthquake.

M:  Can U explain more about this breaking up? Is it a prevention tool?

K:  It is a help, an assistance, I am hearing “it eases”.  I am watching a patient with electricity running through them & the body is being shocked, dddddlbblblbl… This prevents damage, it is just helping, stabilise.

M:  So they don’t rattle about?

K:  Not a very nice picture.

Now, there is movement, all these steps it’s like a painting, it’s a moving painting, like looking in a keyhole or could be looking down an underground drain from side on (clean & new & it is lit up like a city), it just keeps moving.  I don’t know how to describe it, just keeps moving, I just keep watching, it keeps opening up.

M:  What is moving?

K: The pictures.  There are all kinds of pictures.  Mostly they are clear.  Now I am looking up, all that has finished.  This white diamond Light up there is coming into the picture, a whole new picture, too much going on.

M:  So there is Light diamonds coming into the picture?

K: Yeah.

M: What does it do when it gets in the picture?

K:  Just watching.

I feel like I’m in the Matrix movie, (ok) the part of the movie where the technological beings are trying to get in touch with the humans & destroy the city, it is in that part; but it’s not the Matrix it’s my own movie.

M:  Like tearing down the matrix?

K:  All that finished, it is different now but it is still the same concept.  Like mirror to mirror, everywhere -mirror to mirror but there are pictures in the mirror, a scene wow… there is all this money- notes, there are mirrors everywhere.

M:  What is the significance of the mirror?

K:  I heard “portals” .  I’m seeing light blue. It is the tone of it, the smiling tone, vibrant.

M:  Why is the blue in this picture there?  What is it showing you?

K:  It just keeps changing, just full on, one big picture show and now the pictures are fluid.  I saw a big whale diving into a picture and now I am looking at a waterfall, it is really quite beautiful, lots of water & blue & bubbles.

M:  Constantly changing?

K: Yes, slow moving pictures now.

M:  What are you seeing now?

K:  Zig zags (like zentangle art)  I think I am  looking at a lollie wrapper, it all changes so quick, then there were hands and then there was someone who picked up something.  Now I am looking at something, someone is, like you hold, it’s a hole!   Holding. Lets say you are trying to pack gas in the end of a lighter, that kind of a hole (long & narrow) say in an upside down lighter.

There is all of these… ohhwl…… Tesla’s there (excited) Tesla!  Hi! This is great! hahahahaha (laughing), that is why I am getting so many pictures!

There is all this copper wire, and it is packing inside a compact hole that is contained within a casing & it is bolted down. Oh, right, it has got to do with helping to stabilise the earth.  Ok,  I am seeing lots of water.  When water has massive pressure behind it, massive PRESSURE, the power of that is pwooohh …beyond comprehension, like the power of an earthquake, the power of water at that velocity, the packing with the copper into that kind of hole, that is held, can withstand that kind of power, that kind of force.  It is pretty amazing.  Tesla is saying it is a message.

M: Can he tell u more?

K:  He’s saying, just wait.

The picture of the water, is one massive force.

M:  How does it do that?

K:  Well, what come to mind is a picture of the hadron collider and something can create a force of something.  OK, ok, something that is going to help to stabilise it.  It is this hole and someone will understand what it means ok.  That inside of the chamber, like you’re putting gas into a lighter (that kind of thing) and you are packing copper wire into it and it is wound up, wound but it is not all the same winding, it is a bit looser at one section (looks like 4 or 5 turns more than half way down) and that packing can withstand that kind of force.  It is an idea someone has already got but it needs refining.  (Tell Chris).  I think he said Cut your hair? I don’t quite get it, I can see a blade, maybe it is something that is a hair width of something (or less).  Thanks Teslar. (He finished).

Subconscious: Tesla rings, stabilising the earth as one would put a golf ball on the Tee. During the shaking, the rings stabilise the earth.  (This is the first time I have heard of Tesla rings).

Message: The doorway is open.

Welcome to your Divine Energy Center

Energy BridgeWelcome to my little piece of this beautiful planet we call Gaia. I began in 1987 on a journey that has brought me here today to this very spot, where I would like to share information about healing energy with you. Oh, I was waylaid along the way with work, raising five beautiful children and working through all the good times and bad, what we call life. Zdenko Domancic, who discovered BioEnergy therapy, wanted one person in every home to understand this type of therapy and to utilize the healing technique in their home, which is what I am offering you through my BioEnergy workshops. Dolores Cannon taught me Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique also known simply as QHHT.  Workshops are a light hypnosis which is done through guided imagery.
