“They must be determined, the stronger, those that are already ready to help themselves may find it easier, those that have resistance may struggle, but they will get through it, one must breathe, acknowledge all emotions that have been pent up for so long”… God
Do you daydream? Daydreams are a form of trance, a hypnotic like state where you drift off allowing your imagination to flow. This is the same experience you will have while listening to my voice; you will see what you are supposed to see during your session. Your experience is unique to you; you will receive the answers to your questions, a body scan for addressing health concerns and information that is for your highest good.
Most people remember all or most of their session; its like when you wake up from a dream and remember it vividly but then it fades away. An audio recording will be made of your session and it will be sent to you via wetransfer.com, the recording is only available for seven days. Listening to the session may help you gain wisdom and insight. We will review highlights of your session before you leave; you will be pleasantly surprised at what you will remember.
Preparing for a session is different for everybody. I have found the best sessions are with clients that arrive without expectations. I do ask you to eat lightly, drink water, limit caffeine use, avoid alcohol before your session as well as recreational drugs; please follow your diet as recommended, take your medicine as prescribed. Never go against your current medical care in preparation for a session.
Your session is private and confidential; because of this no one is allowed in the room during your session. Only you may share your recording, recollections or thoughts about your session.
A session can run anywhere from 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on the type of session. The cost is $225.00, payment online through PayPal or check/money order.
Are you ready?
with Love and Light,
Kelly
